My MVP culinary discover here so far is called quark. It’s basically yogurt, but it’s got three times the protein and half the jiggle.
The unflavored kind is essentially a cooking product, so I feel like a felony-grade foreigner eating it out of the package (with nuts and berries. I’m not a fucking Spartan) every morning.
By all appearances, it’s a fucking superfood. Way healthy, tastes good, bought cheap. Besides conjuring images of a lonely, obese teenager by eating it straight out of the package, I can’t see any reason to stop.
